Immigration Question--- Help

Hello All,

         Mee suggestions koncham cheppandi. Idi maa wife situation

1. She came to US on H4.

2. Changed to F1 visa in Jan 2013 and completed her MBA in Jan 2015. Did not go to India after changing to F1, so there is no F1 stamped on her passport.

3. She had CPT from 1st semester.

4. Applied for OPT in Nov 2014, and received an RFE in Jan 2015 questioning her CPT enrollment and employment verification.

 

Our question, We are submitting all required documents for OPT RFE, but what happens if the RFE gets rejected. 

1. Will she be out of status right away.

2. Can we apply for change of status from F1 to H4 directly being here in the US

3. Or she will have go to India and go for H4 stamping.

 

Valla annaya pelli undi Jan 30th rojuna, vellala vadda ane dilemma lo unnam now. H4 visa stamping ki velthe easy gane vasthunda?

Murthy forum lo post chesthe, okadu COS from F1 to H4 kuda kastam antadu..... I dont think adi correct ani... come someone suggest

Yeah SURE ga vellali...without any visa on PP she cannot enter.

but question enti ante...... OPT vache time lo pelli vachindi. Inni rojulu kasta padi masters chesindi job chedam ani......

so OPT lite teesukovala leka, india pelliki velli stamping cheyinchukovala ani

Stamping ki F1 mida velthe kastam ani doubt ( as masters is complete), so H4 ee vellali which means no OPT
