1. She came to US on H4.[/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
2. Changed to F1 visa in Jan 2013 and completed her MBA in Jan 2015. Did not go to India after changing to F1, so there is no F1 stamped on her passport.[/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
3. She had CPT from 1st semester.[/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
4. Applied for OPT in Nov 2014, and received an RFE in Jan 2015 questioning her CPT enrollment and employment verification.[/font]

Our question, We are submitting all required documents for OPT RFE, but what happens if the RFE gets rejected. [/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
1. Will she be out of status right away.[/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
2. Can we apply for change of status from F1 to H4 directly being here in the US[/font][font='Trebuchet MS']
3. Or she will have go to India and go for H4 stamping.[/font]
