First H1b  with internal project by my employer. Tarwata, moved to client location so my employer raised new LCA and H1B
amendment.H1b amendment got rfe but my employer did not respond to that  rfe. RFE final date is expired.Still H1b Amendment showing it is in rfe.

Now I got new job here so my employer will raise new LCA and H1B amendement.
What ill happen to old H1b amendment.

What is the best solution for situation

Okk..amendment RFE oste withdraw cheskovachu adithe sure nenu...withdraw cheyakunte history lo untundemo(not sure)

 

Kotha amendment aite pakka cheyochu..make sure ths time they wont run into issues.
