Insurance ah? Ya theesukunna. Statefarm vadi renter insurance. But adi fire or edina damage vatikosam kada. Not for lease breaking anukunta.

Not for lease breaking anukunta. I m talking abt u subleasing it to some one n if they damage the apartment u don't have to worry abt the damages as u r insured.so u can happily sub lease it .

If not attorney tho matlaadutha anu...there is no law against breaking lease in USA only lease contract bounded by you...
