last Oct 2014 lo H1 vachindhi...employer change avvalanukuntuna...but same client(client change avvatam ledhu)

so my options are

1) oka product based company vundhi.....(desi..north bharata dhesham person dhi)..37 gc persons pani chesthunaru and 3 h1 persons pani chesthunaru ikkada...

2) consultency A(12 GC's/citizens and 4 H1's vunnaru company lo established on 2005 this consultency)..owner is gud and do evrything legal....

3) consultency B (100 H1's vunnavi..GC's thelvadhu enni vunnavo)..

 

ippudu nenu H1 transfer chesi GC apply cheyalanukuntuna...so

a option ayetey best antaru ...

 

company meedha depend avuthadhi kadha GC antey (like company size etc)?

Avoid #1 I have bad experience with small FT companies either stay with consultancy or look for good american company for FT..

Fulltime easy ga raavu kada bro.. more than 3 months nunchi applying.. prati vaaadu no sponsorship anadame tapppaaa okkadu kuda accept cheyatle.. :(

Fulltime anthe bro eppudu tagilidhi oo cheppalem, Chala companies no sponsorship antai. Better try for FT with present client and try some reputed american companies like citi,boa ,jpmc bloomberg for finance and silicon valley companies in west coast..
