macha Posted January 23, 2015 Report Posted January 23, 2015 yankamadii...... sava 10gu tunadu last 3 months back on mutual understanding thoo vadilaaa vadu place chiseinaa comapny lo FT tesuunaaa..... last 5 yrs gaa same consultancy CPT OPT and 2.5 months of H1 aniii vadithoo ney chesaaa.... inaaa kudaaa non competince agreement anii naa thoo ~17 K dobadu.... on agreement he said GC will be as it is.... epudu on top of that 17K saying take ur labor (with out applying i140) and $3800 pending pay undii( which got cleared on jan frist week from vendor) adii evadanikii chaaalaaa tang chesunadu..... help me yaa..... Ipudu DOL thooo case file chestey vadi kindaaa almost ~150 members unaru valakii eminaa effect untadaa?? evrinaaaa file chesteyy help here....

Mee employer local DoL ekkado site lo choosi...complaint form fill-up chesi. Fax chese mundhu..mee vaadiki scanned copy pampu. Vaadu oppukunte okay..ledhante..fax chesthunna ani cheppu. DoL ki complaint vacchinaka ..they will go to your employer's office for auditing related to only your pay roll. Vaadu mari worst aithe..ekkuve book avvocchu. Severe ga unte..full fine and imprisonment...appudu migilina vallaki effect avuthundhi.

Mental torture 4. running pay on other( like tax free for some amount it benfits me but still I wanted to maximize complain) all this are not in any proof but I have a email of the pending balances and he replying to the texts and emails...
