4. running pay on other( like tax free for some amount it benfits me but still I wanted to maximize complain)

 

all this are not in any proof but I have a email of the pending balances and he replying to the texts and emails...

 

 

1. Pay with held??

 

LCA lo raasina salary ivvakapothe pettocchu. Again, dhaniki time-sheets proof undaali. Ee dhesi consultancy gaallu baaga mudhiri poyaaru.

 

2. promised future employment.

 

Idhi doubt ne. Okka sari nee offer letter/LCA lo choodu. No one can guarantee about future employment except the pay during the notice period and some months after resigning (as written in the employment agreement)

 

3. Mental torture - Idhi kastam baa. How can you prove?

 

4. running pay on other( like tax free for some amount it benefits me but still I wanted to maximize complain) - Idhi kooda kastame.  All percentage and etc emails lo unna..you can prove that it is a bit dodgy  business. But both the parties are involved knowing that instead of proper employment with right payroll, ..bench meedha no pay...job lo unnappudu pay and % ..lantivi kastha dodgy ga untaayi. But again, Desi gaallu per-diem allowances or nee expenses submit chesthe pay cheyyadam lantivi jaruguthaayi. That will not help either.

case esi torture 10ngu vadiki, donga na kodukulu 4 yrs pani chesina chala ledatana mana meeda vachina dabbulu, mararu desi employers. motham anni cheppesta ani cheppu dol ki.

yankaamma diii 4 yrs kadu mama... 5 yrs.. aggrement prakaram 10k ani undiii aninaaa kudaa donganaayaluu... asaluuu entaaa darunam edi man....

2. promised future employment.

 

Idhi doubt ne. Okka sari nee offer letter/LCA lo choodu. No one can guarantee about future employment except the pay during the notice period and some months after resigning (as written in the employment agreement) gave notice on july and still he applied my labor in sept knowing that I am leaving how can he apply that?

 

3. Mental torture - Idhi kastam baa. How can you prove? even after resigning the company 3 months back still the pending pay is not yet paid and this caused to go back and fourth to the office and almost 2 weeks once...

 

4. running pay on other( like tax free for some amount it benefits me but still I wanted to maximize complain) - Idhi kooda kastame.  All percentage and etc emails lo unna..you can prove that it is a bit dodgy  business. But both the parties are involved knowing that instead of proper employment with right payroll, ..bench meedha no pay...job lo unnappudu pay and % ..lantivi kastha dodgy ga untaayi. I dint ask or request to pay in per-diem or other with out even asking how can he run , now I had to pay IRS back because of the taxes

company peru matram ikkada veyaddu man...last time nenu teliyaka ma cousin ki intha money thisukoni h1 chestunnaru...company manchidena ani post vesa...of course paisal gurinchi veyakudadu ani naku teliyadu...a consultancy lo h1 chainchukone pillagadu oka dog ikkada sachhadu ventane consultancy vadiki news cheppadu....kampu kampu ayindi....

chapinakaa... chesukoo poo antey... complain chesi nakaa... we need to go around DOL for this ? is it time consuming ? like Indian courts?
