Hi friends this is first post in AFDB

 

I am following AFDB from past three years I enjoyed a lot how the discussion goes here ,But from past 2 months I am feeling very bad about about master students whose H okatiki did not got picked in lottery ( 1 0r 2 years) aI am on same boat ,So many people asking about how H4 needs to change to H okati ,Please don't give hard times to master students they worked very hard to reach this position why people encouraging H4 - H okati and applying H okati from india , All H4- H okaiki supporters and H okati from india think about it ,All masters students who had H okataki please dont encourage this kind of things ,People who got suffer only understand this pain .........sorry if someone got hurt but this are the words coming from my heart .........

Nenu preference ledhu ani analedhu ..master people got scared with the count and most of people are applying for 2-3 H1 and the one who applied only one is getting hard time ( I agree with u who don't had luck ) but by the EOD when you think why they are applying 2-3 due to heavy competition from H4 and indian companies ( my intention don't want to hurt anyone it's just masters people opinion ) ...

Quick question survival of fittest antunaru ...Plz let me know if H4 -H1 ki convert kakapothe they can't survive ??? Most of the cases just time pass kavataledhu Ani chestharu...I seen so many of people in colleagues wifes applied for H1 from H4 luckily they got picked up on lottery and approved Still they are not yet started marketing or at least they did not started learning technology I am talking about these kind of casses I accept some people will apply for survival but how many are turly working .......
