Hi bros/sis, naku mind lo eppudu edo okati tirugutune untundi gatha 5 months nundi, emi strange things kooda jaragalvu recently or in past.
Eppudu edo oka small issue mind lo tirugutune untundi aa issue complete ayyedaka. Im trying to take it lite but automatic ga adi mind loki vastundi vaddu anukunna kooda. Oka issue tarvatha inkoti eppudu mind lo tirugutune untunnay. Ee issues big vi kooda kadu but avi ila ayithayo leka ala ayyi inka peddda problems vastayo ani mind negative ga anumanam ga think chestundi.

Manam issues ni lite ga ela theesukovali n vatini nehative vipu pokunda ela aapali. Kondaru pedda issues ni kooda lite theesukoni relax ga untaru. Ala ela cheyali cheppandi. Pls no spams or comedies.

It happens to all, yoga dhyanam chesedi anduke to control your feelings and thoughts, it's not so easy.

wake up ealy, sleep early

konchem dhyanam adi try chey

Try to remove negative thoughts, watch good things, do good.
