red - u can do steering....engine can stop suddenly with flywheel stopping it does not mean that cam belt and tensioner belt stops...they will be still in inertia...so u can still drive till u can park the car on shoulders...it was an experience.

 

blue - they are used for multipurpose...when i saw first in khadgam movie song, i thought they are used as road roller wheels apart from food to animals..

but now i found out...thanks.
