Hi Friends - I'm with a Desi MNC (Onsite/Offshore) and in my last year of H1. At this time can I change my employer now? I need suggestion as not sure if the new employer has to start the PERM process and how much 'risk' would it be for me (individual Risk)? even with One year will there be employers available who start GC processing immediately? Thanks for the response in advance, and please advise if you know the better approach!

Ltt.. Patha emp toh 140 unte kotha employer ki jump avvu transfer cheskunnakA u will get 3 yrs and have ample time to do perm again..
