Need Suggestions - Visa Expired Travelling To India

H1B Denied because of Masters in Chemistry. On 2nd Masters in IT now (Good University). Visa Epired.

My question is if I happen to travel to India  this year, since I will have to get stamping again, what are my chances of not getting rejected. Since they will have all record of H1 not getting selected, then again joining Masters to extend status can give them a clue of immigrant content.
