initial ga apply cheytaniki around 1-1.5l adugutaru desi employers, also u need to send all list of documents for applying..and aa employer ni trust cheytam anedi its upto u..ma employer tho 4 mem cheyincha last yr 2members ki pick ayindi..so only processing fee charge chesadu intial ga, pick aithe rest pay cheyali..around 4 anukunta...

donno bro, nenu already gave my employer some ppl who are are in india.and he may got some ppl from other employees to,..so not sure..that y i am saying to be careful when applying thru some desi employer in US
