funds not need for capital NOW. singapore company is busy to prepare master plan. they will prepare master plan by june. by this time, the main thing ap govt should do is to pool all the lands in capital region which stretches over 120 sq.km.  from june onwards, the capital construction starts. then we need funds from centre. so land pooling should be done by may. But I think land pooling will be completed by the end of march itself.
