7 yrs till now no single flu shot man...

no issues...

only thing i take care of is...lots of Vitamin C intake during Flu season even if it is cold..

that helps a lot.....

i eat Yellow and Red Bell Peppers...atleast once a week... ...they are the rich vitamin C foods available...

 

a tarvata ..

 

green leaafy vegetables, peas,

 

steamed broccli,  weekly once atleast curry or with tofu stirfiried...

 

tomato..roju dal kavali ...

 

 

Daily glass of orange juice for breakfasst..or snack time..

 

lots of Berries....and offcourse..lots of garlic for sure..

Bell Peppers..  anni chinna ga chop chesko...

 

Roast some peanuts,almonds, if u like, and then some coarinder powder and chopped Onions

 

roast ayyaka anni kalipi paste chesko (not bell peppers..)

 

olive oil lo chop chesina bell peppers ni koncham fry chesi...a paina cheppina paste with some spices for taste add chesi..cook for about 5-10min until peppers are soft....awesome untadi roti or dal rice toni..

Capsicum Fried Rice oka sari...  same above steps..add it to the rice...simple..

October November time lo teesukuntar ka...ppudem shots?
