I heard for those whose 2 applications is picked faced lot of problems after approval like H1b revoke after 5 months etc etc Now how good is to go with 2 applications inspite of USCIS is aware of this mosam. Personally I don't like and encourage this fraud, I feel everyone should get equal chance without few taking advantage of loop holes.

SRK_SRK Posted January 29, 2015 Author Report Posted January 29, 2015 I think you cannot withdraw unless you receive RFE, .......here I heard that they are revoking one h1b and RFE on the other one asking many many questions in regards to both.
