USCIS is kindoff lookin at the level of Job description and who the End client is.. if two applications from two different companies for same job in end client..the they will reject. it shd be different jobs.. if two applications from two different companies for DIFFERENT jobs in DIFFERENT PLACES..then OK i guess. like apple and intel are filing for you..

I heard for those whose 2 applications is picked faced lot of problems after approval like H1b revoke after 5 months etc etc Now how good is to go with 2 applications inspite of USCIS is aware of this mosam. Personally I don't like and encourage this fraud, I feel everyone should get equal chance without few taking advantage of loop holes. em fraud its legal to file up to 6/7 H1B's with different clients for different projects PER person .. I don't see anything wrong .. edho sametha laaga undhi miru cheppedhi

They are facing problems with revoke and RFE with many many queries. I am not talking about employers like TCS and IBM.
