They are facing problems with revoke and RFE with many many queries. USCIS is kindoff lookin at the level of Job description and who the End client is.. if two applications from two different companies for same job in end client..the they will reject. it shd be different jobs.. if two applications from two different companies for DIFFERENT jobs in DIFFERENT PLACES..then OK i guess. like apple and intel are filing for you.. no man last time chala mandi alage chesaru 2 different consultancies one with real project and other with inhouse project.
