Reportedly, Goud caste association has lodged a complaint for showing them in a bad light in one of the episodes of TV show Jabardasth recently. The association members were furious on Venu and the makers of Jabardasth and demanded an apology for their act. A few days ago, Venu was beaten to pulp by the association members following a heated argument and the comedian was admitted in Apollo hospital for treatment. Now, the police have sprung into action and have taken him into custody in the evening. The police are investigating the case and Venu will be produced in the court on Wednesday.
