initial 15 mins jag.warmup ki..dont do much...weights lift chayyadaniki nee energy saripodhu..ekkuva sepu cardio chaesthae

 

then upper body

 

weights or pushups nee choice...pushups best endhukantae..at the same time nee biceps..triceps..chest n abs meedha work avuthadi..!!

 

next assisted pullups next..

 

next ab crusches..with weights..weight out weights annadhi nee choice

3 days upper body workout( minimal lower body workout)

 

3 days lower body workout( minimal upper body workput)

 

alternative days..
