Some people bring TVs through courier , those needs to be collected in separate place away from arrivals. If u send like that u have to pay a lot Bcoz customs people there are tough to manage.

Second way is to bring tv with u . U can collect tv with your main luggage . After that customs check in the arrivals I feel it's easy to manage those customs people in arrivals block.
