First write a GRE n TOEFL, and get a good recommendation letters and at the same time if she/he is in India or us ask her to do genuine community work. like red cross or something. In health care us voluntary work is most important to get admission in good schools. get all the above and place preferences in US. I or somebody from DB tell which school to be choosen?
