vokatonumberkurrodu Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 I-539 -- application to change or extent status... ususally H4 application extension goes along with H1 extension... rendu okka sare chesthe confusion lekunda rendu oke sari vastai... talk to company attorney...and tell him you will pay 500 for that...anthaku minchi ivvaku.... 1000 adigithe.....mee wife ki india ticket teesi...nee visa approve ayyaka...stamping ki vellamanu...thats better option inka... you can use visa drop box....if latest visa stamp was also done in india in the the same consulate...

Naa h1 application file ayina ventane can i file for my wife h4 extension [ I-539 form]? naa present visa india lo ne done stamping and same company tho. Drop box use cheste ekkuva days padutundi emo ga drop box one week padutundhi if everything is in order.... but h4 visa without extension approval...you have to attend interview in person anukunta...i am not sure.... na family ki drop box 28th Jan submit chesam...2nd Feb ni issued...but in my case i have h4 extension through employer along with my application. i think you have to do both ur h1 extension and I-539 at the same time in same package...only then it will be faster....talk with employer attorney before taking any decision.
