Remaining lands are owned by farmers. So far govt has pooled 14k acres from farmers. Still have to acquire another 14k acres to complete the process. By end of this month, govt would complete pooling all lands. As for capital building, no need to worry bro. CBN has full plans how to develop it. Iam sure he is not expecting more than 5000 crores from central govt. The question is where does he get remaining money ? For capital I think minimum of 50 thousand crores needed. Govt will get some money by selling few lands in capital area and also will build capital using Public-Private Partnership. In PPP mode, govt will call companies to build all constructions in capital area for free/less price and in benefit to those companies, govt will give some tax-benefits etc and give suppport to them for all future developments.,. As for capital development, Iam sure he will succeed. We have to wait how he can handle remaining issues.
