********eb3 To Eb2, What Is The Process****************

My 6 year H1b will expire in Jun,2017.

 

I asked my FT employer for GC, they said they can only apply on EB3.

I am thinking of changing my employer in Jun,2015 to Contract and file another GC for EB2.

 

Is it possible or shall I wait till June,2015. FT employer will pay for EB3, Shall I go ahead with it or shall I wait to change the employer. ?

hopefully if perm and 140 is done..Wait for 180 days after 140 is approved and then move the company

then they cant cancel the 140 or application

let new company start the process as eb2

once perm is done..wait for dates to be current and submit 140 and 485 but with covering letter to port to the old priority date..

we did it the same way..except we wasted time with new employer since the attorneys act as if they dont know(to extract more money)and we had to tell them and as usual they wouldnt listen

first start with PERM, forget about EB3 or EB2 right now, neeku only 2 yrs time undhi u need to have an approved PERM and approved 140 in these 2 yrs

Aa 180 days rule is not true.. They can cancel anytime they want but have to be a proper reason and its a big headache for them to go through.. Pedda companies aithe easy ga chesestharu..

Yes and yes.. Preg employer can cancel and 6 yrs aina if you have extension approved u can apply for new perm..
