the biggest losers of this RTE are low cost Hindu schools.

 

NGOs will easily intimidate them, and they'll soon be out of money to keep the school running, because govt won't reimburse them for the kids they were forced to take.

 

richer schools will simply bribe the NGOs to stay quiet, or opt for a christian management to become non-RTE school. and then they'll conduct seminars to extol the greatness of RTE and how it benefits the society.

 

so now the poorer hindu kids have only one option. go to govt school or Xian school.
