Don't think Financial matters will effect Immigration related issues, Employment related (they care about criminal background). Apartment related may have small affect.

But if you have any capability to payoff slowly.. you better go in that route.. not with 3rd party credit reduction agents. You can even talk to Credit card companies itself. Credit reduction bureaus is a scam and will have lot of future impacts. DO NOT go this route.

Debt relief companies credit history m kudipesthay.. So it's starting fresh as when u came to US.. Not all employers so credit checks but some do to see how responsible u are FTe velthe..
