Inka naa H1 apply kaaledu kabatti em Visa no finalize kaaled. eelopu I am gathering info on how to convert H4/F2 to H1B working visa. ee process naaku telidu. kindly share your thoughts. Naa H1 Visa will be filed this April.

Talk to the law firm who is applying your H1B, because you have a peculiar issue, once you are here(which I am guessing before April 1st), she will be coming with you on F2, then nee H1B tho paatu you have to ask your law firm to apply for your Wife's H4 too... that's better than running around to convert her from F2 to H4

If your H-1B petition is selected in the lottery, they will contact me in May/June to begin the H4 process. In the meantime, please discuss the F-2 visa process with my University. "
