dkc Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 what? the impending announcement of a railway zone or the impending announcement of increase in capacity of VCTPL at vizag port think both are slightly connected. but not that much. personally for me, the second impeding announcement makes me want to land in Vizag now.
