Fibre kuda ekkuva theskovali antaru.. nijamenaa? dont know mari full egg okati eating annav ga, dani gurinchi asking...nenu daily oka full egg thintunna, 2 ki penchudamani one egg ki em kadhu... and from what I have read yolk has good cholesterol not every part of it is bad... one should be fine
