You have to submit a notarized no status affidavit with photocopy of the valid passport and the green card of two witnesses duly notarized. green card holders thelisinavallu evaru leru.... inka edina alternative option vuntee cheppandi bhayya please!

I think you have to apply for emergency ceritificate. you have to call TANA or NATA (telugu association) vallu help cheyyochhu green card signatures. all the best bro.
