Minister ni anukoni em laabham man. Janaalu mind set maaraali. India lo life ki value ledhu. Dhomalu..Eegalu la puttisthunthaaru without any concern about well being and upbringing of the offspring. Povadam kooda aa eegalu ..dhomalu poyinatte pothuntaaru. Human life has insignificant value in our country. Guddha meedha guddda undadhu...guddha kindaa 25 raavadam thone..kanudu....

That is probably a beggar. There are millions of beggars in India who have to be ignored, children have limbs cut off and are sent out to beg to make people feel sorry for them and give them money. Its a vicious cycle.

The way they ignore the poor man, you'd think people dying in the streets was a commonplace event in India. I don't know if it is now, but it certainly used to be commonplace.
