Irs Call Back Chesthara ?

Today morning i got a call from 707-327-2540 saying that we from department of united state of treasure ani.. when i ask his name he stumbled over his name and started saying D for Dallas I for India A for Apple N nor Nancy and said there is a case open on my name and i need to call back to the same number with ext 121 ani annadu then i said whom should i call ? what for ? he repeated same thing .... finally he said it gonna leads to legal mess up ani and said god bless and have a great day ani ... so should i believe in that call??? when i Google it i found few cases which are scam ani....
