Maa current team manager super I work on infrastructure side and performance of applications... learning scope ekkuva undhii..nenu edhi adiginaa he will accept and encourage me to learn new stuff.. Ippudu maa manager leaving so nannu vere team monitoring vaaalu absorb cheskundhaam ani choosthunnaru.... maa paatha manager unnappudu adigaaru but maa vaaadu oppukoledhu to send me to their team..ippudu vaadu vellipothunnadu kabbttti veeelu idhe chance ani nannu aduguthunnaru...we had meeting this morning u will be joining monitoring team in couple of days ani annaru ... naaku aa team lo join avvadam istam ledhu... coz aa manager gurinchi negative talks vinnaa like physco and micromanaging ani... Ippudu naaaku vere option ledhu apart from leaving the company and look for another company.. Naaku call chesi ee news cheppinappudu nenu istam ledhu annatte matlaaadaaanu direct ga cheppaledhu I dont want to join your team ani....ippudu dheenini ela deal cheyyalo ardham kavatledhu... Current manager : WFH every friday flexible hours cause nenu late nights lo weekends lo appudappud work chesthaa learning scope ekkkuva no micro management work avvali anthe no matter office ki vachinaava ledha ani Potential manager : Micro managing no scope of learning ( we will encourage you annaru call lo but I dont think so..okkasari team marithe vere team vaala response different untundhi) vere team ppl aithe better leave the job and look for another antunnaru..
