HSPA+ is reagrded as 4G(up to 20 Mbps) in some ares but not true 4G or 4G LTE which will have up to 100Mbps. HSPA+ is trying to achieve 4G speeds on 3G technology and 4G LTE is what Reliance Gio is building across the nation and not just AP
