Red Snapper Whole Fish Fry Recipe Share Cheyyandi

salt, black pepper, chilli powder, white pepper, crushed ginger and garlic,cumin powder, coriander powder, yogurt, lemon juice. anni mix cheyi. paste laga avtadi.

 

take the cleaned whole snapper fish. make slits along the fish. paste ni slits lo and belly no apply cheyi.

 

koncham majiga, egg white and maida separate bowls lo pettuko.

 

dip the fish in buttermilk, then egg white then maida. repeat again.

 

heat oil to about 350 f in a pan so that no more than half of the fish is covered.

 

place the fish in the oil. let it fry for 7-8 mins. while frying take some of the oil from the side and baste on top.

 

after frying for 7-8 mins, turn the fish.

 

while fish is frying, oka lemon teeskoni, danini light ga grate cheyi. lemon wheels laga koyi. koncham kothimeera light ga chop cheyi.

 

fish fry ayina taravata. place it on a serving platter. make sure that first fry aina side is facing up.

 

place the lemon wheels on the fish. sprinkle the grated lemon rind and chopped cilantro on top. drizzle the juice from one of the lemon wheels on top. sprinkle some chat masala on top.

 

ippudu kick ass masala fried whole snapper ready. pakkana manchi mandu pettukoni kummandi.

egg white and maida is for crispy crust man. not for sticking masala. masalra paste laga untadi kabatti already stick ayipotadi.

smell ostundi anta e fish, neechu smell osthe i can not eat ;) andhu k i prefer tilapia alot :o

Or just form a paste of turmEric powder and little water. Apply well to fish or any seafood. Let sit for 10mins and then wash away.then follow the recipe
