but ala cheyali ante nenu april mundu india vellali kada ? Otherwise I 94 expire avtadi ?

i797 lo valid h4 unte chalu, passport doesnt get counted
So u can go to india even after ur i94 on passport is expired, u r not out of status

passport expiry ki Visa ki sambandham ledu .. Visa anedi antha consulate vadi dhaya .. most of d times i797 duration dhaka Visa issue chestaru .. sometimes, if passport expires before ur i797, Visa will be issued till ur passport expiry date

Dude first passport apply chey.. Adi ochaka country bayataki velli ra carry both passports and 797 U will be set.. April lopala Ade i94 expire ayye lopala u have to go out and come back..

Uncle already stamping Aindi ante he has that i94 which is valid till apr.. So he has to go out of the country to get a valid i94 on his way back.. Stamping avvaledu 797 with i94 undi ante u don't have to go out of country..

Uncle already stamping Aindi ante he has that i94 which is valid till apr.. So he has to go out of the country to get a valid i94 on his way back.. Stamping avvaledu 797 with i94 undi ante u don't have to go out of country..

i dont think stamping date of i94 on passport matters ..
