help me Urgent I 94 Expiring

one of my friend recently visited india he is also in the same situation... but during the time of port of entry they said.... that he dont need to go out of country to get I94 updated to VALID VISA DATE.

but inka adhi epdu vastundoo teliyaka...he started his extn wit existing employer ..so tht atleast first this thing gets filed and takin fte can be considered later ani..

last time i came to US was on June 2013 man .. i can still it .. online chesinappati nunchi kanipistundi .. not just from 1 yr

Same situation here. Veelllu visa stamping esetappudu teliyada, ee port of entry lo vadike pp expiry date kanapadtadi. Even driver license kooda naku I94 date varake icharu even though visa n stamping inka ekkuvunna kooda.

First ayithe pp renewal ki apply chesta. Guys please keep posting

so u need to apply for h1 renewal urgent - of course passport first in person urgent gaa- and then go for stamping (if u want to travel abroad) or u can work here

 

so passport and h1 renewal mandatory
