The current I-94 card is the one attached to the I-797 . This expiration date of your H-1B status supersedes the one stamped in the passport. There is no need to leave prior to the March 2015 date previously stamped in the passport.

passport lo stamp vesadu poe lo last yr usa ochetapudu
Passport expiring march 23
I94 stamped at poe till march 22
Passport renewed couple of months back,
I797 lo i94 valid till sep'16

So, that being said, do i have to renew my i94 ? I also checked in http://www.cbp.gov/i94 website, it is showing as march 22 only, but attorney saying, no ossue, as i have i94 on i797 which takes precedence all d time
