Hong kong lo kuda available on website and apps... in india only on website... but hong kong subscription is at 25 Singapore dollars(18 US). U can buy indian subscription and use it thru VPN as from hong kong as well.. I have VPN(thru hong kong) for phone tablet and PC so.. I am able to see in android and iphone apps as well..
