The ‘revenue and expenditure’ from 1995 - 96 to 2008 - 09 have rows of entries under the heading ‘PAO - FOR/PWD’ and ‘Un-apportioned amount’. Thirty six per cent of all state expenditure is assigned to these two categories; and in case of receipts the ‘Un-apportioned amount’ is about 47 percent. These large chunks of expenditures and revenues cannot be assigned to districts and therefore regional analysis could not be undertaken.

My greater interest is the regions propersity and the upliftment of the backward communities. We need out due share and as such I no problem with AP or other states and IMO every state is acting that way. nenu na vantu chestunna man being a good citizen, am giving back whatever I could, property taxes pay chestunna, investing and thus creating employment in my village, gave money to the poor.
