Thirty six per cent of all state expenditure is assigned to these two categories; and in case of receipts the ‘Un-apportioned amount’ is about 47 percent. Why Don't you just read the complete report instead of excerpts I think it will answer ur questions on a larger scale, or read their consclusions on each chapters or at least at the end, I read it almost 2 years back point by point gurtu ledu. My greater interest is the regions propersity and the upliftment of the backward communities. We need out due share and as such I no problem with AP or other states and IMO every state is acting that way. nenu na vantu chestunna man being a good citizen, am giving back whatever I could, property taxes pay chestunna, investing and thus creating employment in my village, gave money to the poor. vaadu adagatam, nuvvu cheppatam. saripoyindi. yeah agree.. taxes sarigga kattadam kante chesedem ledu manam
