Thats a mere ritual of sharing things from Venkateshwara swami to other places... Coming to mines, they are natural resources, and are shared as per how Govt of India distributes....even NTPC Ramagundam is shared across multiple states... Its apparent that you are just trying to digress from proving your original statement right, (about spending srikakulam revenue and Nizamabad Revenue)
