For example HUDA and GHMC  has built infra structure like Outer ring road,roads,flyovers ,parks etc and they got funds through Loans and taxes..and not from all AP districts or from Govt funds/grants

And people living in Hyderabad (tax payers) will paying those loans by the way of property taxes etc !

 

the same applies to vizag ,vijayawada or any city !

Most of the projects are in public-private partnership with a lot of contribution from the central bodies like AAI, highway authority, railways etc. Those loans are not paid off and will take a life time.state governments major investment is in the form of land allocations to the projects

KCR or no doesn't matter now, we are independent and have due our share of water, money and resources and we will spend money that makes sense for welfare and that bring most to our region and people. we are neglected is a fact devoid of proper infra other than Hyd, lack of major irrigation and 90% backward communities. However you slice it you can't go wrong with KCR's achievement or dream of independent state.

Okay the more realistic fact is Hyderabad won't juts belong Hyderabad district,  or Telanagana, it belongs to whole India, so as long as there is an equal amount of spending  or nearly equal amount spending on all regions it shouldn't matter whether the land is in Hyderabad or Vijayawada because they all used to be in a single state and all state taxes as well.
