Bro, We have 400 sqyards land in prime location in Hyderabad and we are planning to construct like apartment flats, 4 floors with 2 flats per floor. Naku asalu construction lo idea ledu . I dont wanna give it to the builder on 60/40 sharing but instead, build on our own and sell 3 floors and top floor meme pettukundham anukuntunna....What do you guys suggest. I personally have 40 lakhs + Loan apply chesukunta. Over all ga manaki em ayyina loss untunda, idhi oka experience laga kuda dhaggara undi work cheyinchukunta so that future lo experience vasthundi ani.

 

What are the basics to start? like cost? Labor? Engineers? builders who can work under my supervision .

Not really. Maa illu enno years back engineer ki ichesam and maa family friend take care chesadu right from pooja to completion of house.

i used to be a developer in my earlier days and now when we have to build something..we give it to some builders

may be we will lose money..but i dont want my parents to go through the stress of construction to save money..as long as i can get the end product i am looking for
