My suggestion to you bhayya ...Ground floor ki odilesi ..veelaithe oka chinna shop commercial space ki kattu.. ...1st,2nd  floor two bedrooms apts katti rent ki ivvu..3rd floor lo neeku kavalsinattu pepdhaga kattuko and chala mndhi permission lekunda 4rth floor lo pent house esukuntaru
