i think 400sq yrds is a little less for constructing apartments bro ..... GHMC norms prakaram u have to leave an area around the plot in such a way that a fire engine can go around the building in an emergency situation , adi vadilesaka migilina daanlo 4 floors apartments kattadam koncham kastam ankunta , anyways i'll find out in detail and PM u .... adi ey area no kuda PM chey naaku if possible .....

ask them if they want to go for permission together with you- if they dont want to sell

meeru and vallu kalisi 800 sq yards ki permission techukunte ekkuva flats kattukovachu..so nuvve kadtha antunav kadha valla land dev ki ichinanduku u will give them their share of flats ..neeku obv ga floors perige kodhi amount of sq feet you can sell increases so profit
