charanrockzzz Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Bring back the caste system. make sure the trading caste is not in power. ruling caste members can call themselves kshatriyas, until the time they are in power. the ruling caste members are barred from any sort of wealth accumulation, and have to rely on salaries. any ruling caste member that does favours to someone who's remotely related to him, the entire wealth of both the parties will be confiscated. and be spent on country's defence. when more than 10% of ruling caste members indulge in these type of activities, the entire caste will be stripped of power and fresh elections will be called to elect a new caste as the kshatriyas. No dalit caste. No human doing jobs like shyte scooping. The only problem is, we need some caste to watch over this arrangement. and there's nothing to stop them from turning corrupt.

charanrockzzz Posted February 11, 2015 Author Report Posted February 11, 2015 some might think there's a problem of retired Kshatriyas using their previous connections in the govt. not a chance, because the govt, along with bureaucracy is overhauled once 10% of the current kshatriyas prove themselves to be sellouts.

I agree. each election cycle will bring a completely new executive structure to the govt. But since they'll have incentive to keep govt functioning smoothly, they'll try to restrict changes to the absolute minimum. That way they can concentrate more on foreign policy.

It has to remain in the state's account. They are free to use it though. free to control the destiny of the rest of the castes. until they fall ofcourse.
