passport renew chepinchali, danlo address to be printed on passport lo US address ela ivvali, as you know mana contracting brathukulaki eppdu ee oorlo untamo.

 

BLS site lo emo "Re-issued/New passport would bear your current USA address for which satisfactory verifiable documentary proof is submitted by you" ila undi, how to keep the same indian address in the passport ?

1)fill online application form for passport

2)2 xerox copies of complete passport pages

3)nationality verification form photo should be pasted

4)notorized copy of the i797/Green card if you have

5) notorized proof of residence(Driving License/ Utility Bill –

 Gas/Electricity/Water/ Rental lease agreement /Home Mortgage Bill)

6)take photographs(total 8 photos needed take additionanl with you)

you can mention us address there....but while you submit... you can tell them to keep old indian address....

 

maa frnd last week in person submit chesadu....vadeee cheppadu...i can keep old indian address unless your family has moved...
