Job Description:

 

Ø  Technical support experience, preferably in Enterprise software, or the travel industry

Ø  Domain expertise - Contact centre, Services, Tech Trouble shooting etc

Ø  Ability to understand and communicate customer business priorities

Ø  Experience negotiating priorities with customers under direction of SME's

Ø  Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ø  Strong attention to detail, and ability to follow processes

Ø  Excellent English oral and written communications skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders

Ø  Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities under guidance

Ø  Good-to-have skills

Ø  Experience working with teams in different time zones a plus

Ø  Experience documenting support workflows and processes

Ø  Development experience a plus
